Help us transform how people experience the moments between tasks.
We're a small, focused team obsessed with understanding the overlooked moments that shape daily experience. We value deep thinking, practical experimentation, and work that actually helps people.
We don't glorify busyness. We create space for deep work, genuine recovery, and sustainable contribution.
Everything we build is rooted in peer-reviewed science. We translate research, we don't invent it.
Distributed by design. We practice what we preach about managing transitions in remote work.
We're still figuring things out. Curiosity and willingness to experiment matter more than credentials.
We're looking for a research associate to help design studies, analyze data, and translate findings into practical frameworks. You'll work directly with our research team on both internal studies and external collaborations.
What you'll do: Design mixed-methods research studies, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, write research summaries for practitioners, contribute to academic publications.
What we're looking for: Background in psychology, behavioral science, or related field. Experience with research design and statistical analysis. Strong writing skills. Genuine curiosity about human behavior.
Join us to create learning experiences that actually stick. You'll design programs, workshops, and interventions that help people build sustainable transition practices.
What you'll do: Design structured learning programs, create practice frameworks and exercises, develop workshop materials, iterate based on participant feedback.
What we're looking for: Experience in instructional design, behavior change, or adult learning. Understanding of habit formation and implementation science. Portfolio of work that demonstrates impact.
We need help turning complex research into clear, compelling content. Blog posts, guides, email sequences, case studies — all focused on making behavioral science accessible.
What you'll do: Write blog articles and long-form content, create educational guides and resources, interview researchers and practitioners, maintain our editorial voice and standards.
What we're looking for: Portfolio of writing that explains complex topics clearly. Interest in behavioral science and productivity. Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
